• 7 am - 7 pm day shifts no call
• 14 shifts per month guaranteed
• Average census 8 - 15 ICU patients
• Medical / surgical and cardiac surgery patient mix
• Multi-disciplinary rounds and code blue response
• Standard ICU procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
