Are you a Project Manager from a Construction background with prior experience in managing projects within the retail / restaurant industry? Are looking for your next immediately available, days based, contract role for a market leading Construction company based in Texas?

My client is a leading Construction company specializing in new builds of Restaurants & Retail Units, due to a huge increase in workload, they are looking for a Project Manager from a Construction background to look after multiple different projects at any given time that are ranging in value from $500,000 to £3,000,000

In this role you’ll be based in at my clients office in Lakeway, TX, you will have multiple different Superintendents reporting into you and you will be liaising at Stakeholder level to ensure that my clients projects are completed on time, budget and to the specification.

This role would brilliant opportunity for a Project Manager from a Construction background with prior experience in managing new builds of restaurants and retail units whilst being the point of contact for the end client and keeping everyone updated with regular progress reports.

• Project Manager – New builds of restaurants and retail units
• Office based role based in Lakeway, Texas
• Managing a portfolio of different projects that range in value from $500,000 to £3,000,000
