job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnsure Health and Safety by following PROS - Pause, Review, Observe, Start Perform non-emergency and emergency response activities with hazardous materials Perform labor-intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the shift Work in atmospheres with low clearances, confined spaces, and at heights Operate and work around light and heavy equipment including skid steers, forklifts, and pressure washers Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment Maintain warehouse, stock supplies, and perform building maintenance Be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends Have an excellent driving history (Mandatory) Pass a pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and physical exam Legally eligible to work in the United States (Verified through E-Verify) Willingness to obtain OSHA (40-hour) Certification (Reimbursement Program Available) Ability and willingness to work in a physically intensive role Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection Lift and carry 50 pounds Follow written and oral instructions and assignments

We are currently seeking an Emergency Response Environmental Technician to be based out of Boston, MA to help with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

Environmental experience, hazardous waste experience and certification (e.g., OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER), CDL, heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience is a plus.
