A company is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen and scale its financial foundation. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close and reporting cycles while ensuring GAAP compliance Partner with the executive team on financial strategy and annual budgeting Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights for business leaders Qualifications 5+ years of accounting and finance experience in a high-growth start-up environment Deep knowledge of GAAP and proven ownership of the monthly close; CPA a plus Experience with FP&A responsibilities, including financial modeling and business reviews Fluency with modern finance and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action and learning
