Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40–50 hours per week (schedule may vary week to week)

Compensation : $35-$45 per hour

About the Family :

A warm, welcoming family is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Nanny to support their growing household. They have a sweet 2-year-old daughter and are expecting their second baby in October. Both parents work from home and are very involved with their children, so they are looking for a Nanny who can intuitively balance support while knowing when to give space. The home also includes two older, friendly dogs, so comfort around pets is a must.

Primary Responsibilities :

Provide loving, attentive care for the toddler and, eventually, the newborn

Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and creative play

Cook and bake healthy meals for the children

Involve the children in meal prep and encourage exposure to new foods and flavors

Drive children as needed (family car provided)

Children’s laundry and light housekeeping related to childcare

Keep play areas and children’s spaces tidy and organized

Assist with errands or occasional pet care as needed

Communicate openly and adjust to the family’s evolving needs

Relocation Readiness : This role requires full-time relocation to Santa Ynez starting in September. Candidates must be genuinely open and prepared for this transition and ideally have done some research on the area.
