The position will handle labor and employment matters, and while labor and employment experience is ideal, this is also a great opportunity for a commercial litigator or an attorney with litigation experience who is interested in learning about labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities :

• Litigate a broad spectrum of employment-related matters, including agency charges, single-plaintiff and class / collective actions.
• Provide strategic counsel and training to employers on labor and employment law issues.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
