Now, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineer, NPD who's passionate about bringing bold ideas to life and shaping the next generation of innovative products.

What You'll Do :

As part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you'll help us turn product concepts into reality. Using your engineering expertise, curiosity, and CAD skills, you'll support the full product development lifecycle-from concept sketches to design validation to final prototype.

Your day-to-day may include :

• Using conceptual design and 3D CAD modeling to design products that meet project goals
• Performing design validation testing on prototypes and production samples
• Developing clear documentation of performance requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participating in marketing research activities, including field studies and focus groups
• Translating user observations into new product concepts and sketches
• Analyzing competing and related products and technologies
• Supporting operations in identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities
• Creating proof-of-concept and production-quality prototypes for Sales and Marketing

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649, we have designed products of timeless, purposeful, and functional beauty, while driving innovation and sustainable growth. In 2024, Fiskars Group's global net sales were EUR 1.2 billion and we had close to 7,000 employees. We have two Business Areas (BA), Vita and Fiskars.

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
