Job Summary : The Senior Program Control Analyst is responsible for providing high-level financial management and analysis in support of the company's programs and overall business operations. This position ensures the integrity of program financials through proactive analysis, accurate billing and reconciliation, and effective forecasting within Deltek Costpoint. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance financial visibility and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Program Financial Management :

• Serve as a key financial partner supporting company leadership and Program Managers in the oversight and execution of assigned programs.
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint as the system of record for all project financial management activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Oversee the complete financial management lifecycle including project setup, budgeting, forecasting, billing, payment tracking, and closeout.

Required Minimum Education :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Required Years of Experience :

5+ years of experience in Project Accounting, Program Control, or Financial Analysis.

Required Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc. :

Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to meet background investigation requirements relevant to the position, consistent with applicable laws. Must be willing to comply with pre-employment and random drug testing, in accordance with company policy.

Preferred Skills :

3+ years of recent, hands-on experience in Deltek Costpoint. In-depth knowledge of government contracting financial processes from project initiation through closeout. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
