Part-Time Contract Instructor : Jiu Jitsu, Combat Conditioning & Close Quarters Combat

United Defense Tactical - Scottsdale

Location : 4848 E Cactus Rd, Suite 210, Scottsdale, AZ 85254

Compensation : Contract role - Competitive rate ($45$65 / class , based on experience and certifications; negotiable for top candidates) + performance incentives tied to class attendance and member feedback.

Schedule : Flexible part-time (12 classes, 46 hours / week initially; scales with membership growth). Evenings and weekends prioritized.

Start Date : Immediate November 2025 preferred.

The Role :

As a Part-Time Contract Instructor, you'll deliver engaging, progressive classes in jiu jitsu (ground control and submissions), combat conditioning (functional strength, endurance, and mobility for real-world demands), and close quarters combat (strikes, grapples, and evasion in confined spaces). As our membership expands, you'll have opportunities to lead 12 sessions daily, with room to incorporate women's self-defense modules (a huge plus if you have expertise here).
