Registered Nurse – ER

Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse – ER provides direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting, ensuring patient safety and care quality. This position requires clinical expertise, strong decision-making, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies while maintaining professional standards and compassion. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver patient care consistent with established emergency nursing protocols
• Perform assessments, interventions, and documentation per hospital and clinical standards
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient safety
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and healthcare teams
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or complications
• Respond rapidly to life-threatening situations and initiate appropriate interventions
• Comply with organizational policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
