Field Service Supervisor

Position Overview

The Field Service Supervisor will oversee field service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients while managing a team of field technicians. The role involves coordinating service schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining customer relationships to drive satisfaction and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of field service technicians.
Coordinate service operations and schedules to ensure timely response to customer needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLC systems and production equipment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their service needs and ensure satisfaction.
Train and mentor field service personnel on technical and customer service skills.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role in field service operations.

Strong knowledge of PLC systems and their applications in service and production environments.

Must have experience working with Vacuum Pumps

Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience
