The Project Superintendent is responsible for field supervision to ensure the delivery of quality construction services. This role involves managing all field project activities for assigned jobs, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Meeting client expectations and the company's financial objectives is crucial. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices to support the mission, vision, and values is key to success in this role.

Work Environment :

The headquarters is located in Fort Worth with 25% travel required. The office environment is open and fast-paced, with cubicles and a vibrant atmosphere. It is a dog-friendly office, allowing employees to bring their well-behaved dogs during working hours.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $110000.00 / yr. Compensation package includes :
