The ideal candidate brings strong ICU experience, proven leadership in nursing operations, and a track record of implementing process improvements.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee care delivery across multiple ICU units, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices and quality standards
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care
• Monitor staffing, resource allocation, and utilization of clinical equipment and medications
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and oversee operational workflows
• Manage staff development, hiring, performance reviews, and succession planning
• Lead emergency preparedness programs and ensure regulatory readiness
• Align department goals with broader organizational strategy to support efficient and safe care
