Summary

The IT Technician will support the agency's computer infrastructure and systems, which includes a secure shared network, a VPN network, and seamless remote work access. This position will provide employee-focused support to diagnose computer problems, install software, set up new equipment, and perform tests on computer hardware, Security, Audio / Video, Networks and Communications systems. This position is a great opportunity to be part of an IT team that effectively resolves issues and advances technology for a team of 1500 staff.
