Location : Shreveport, LA

Pay : $25-$35 per hour DOE

Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Branch Manager, sales team, technicians, vendors, and customers to assist with several aspects of company operations. The Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating operations and procedures related to inventory control, shipping and receiving, and sales to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Duties may entail a variety of operational tasks, primarily warehouse operations, supporting Inside Sales, service personnel and supporting the Service Coordinator by tracking CSR's or timekeeping logs and invoices. Other duties may include maintaining office records, assisting with safety compliance for service personnel and issuing PO's related to service jobs. The right candidate will have great customer service and communication skills.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or warehousing.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere supporting operations of the branch.
