Job Description :

Technical Support Ownership :

• Serve as the first point of contact for all technical issues related to the GEP system, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution.
• System Integration : Lead the integration of GEP with other enterprise platforms, including AI modules and analytics tools, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• AI Integration : Oversee the implementation and support of AI-driven features within GEP, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maximize system intelligence and automation.
• Data & Analytics : Manage data flows, reporting, and analytics within GEP, delivering actionable insights to support procurement strategy and decision-making.
• Project Management : Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of system enhancements, upgrades, and related projects.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities for system and process improvements, leveraging best practices to optimize GEP performance.
• Training & Development : Develop and deliver training for end-users and IT staff, ensuring proficiency in GEP system features and processes.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with GEP and other external vendors to ensure successful implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Compliance & Security : Ensure the GEP system complies with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing controls to protect sensitive procurement data.
• Documentation : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and support activities.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and supporting enterprise procurement or ERP systems (GEP experience preferred).
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in system integration, data management, and cloud technologies. Experience with AI modules and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Project Management : Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Leadership : Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications in procurement systems, project management, or cloud technologies are a plus.
