Job Title : Roof Truss Assembler

Shift : First Shift (Day Shift)
Pay : $17.00 / hour

Position Summary :
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated individual to join our production team as an Roof Truss Assembler . This is a great entry-level opportunity with room for growth ; we’re seeking someone who has the potential to step into a leadership role in the future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Table Leader in assembling roof and floor trusses according to work order specifications
- Use a staple gun to secure wooden components on the assembly table (depending on the line)
- Select and position connector plates correctly during the assembly process
- Operate pressure rollers to secure materials
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Help check materials and finished trusses for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and inspect hand tools (staple guns, presses, etc.)
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Move and organize raw materials as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by management
