About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Architect to lead our global presales initiatives and drive the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the customer journey, from lead generation to solution implementation, while fostering collaboration across cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive presales strategy to generate and qualify high‑value leads, working closely with Field Marketing, Developer Relations, and R&D teams to optimize lead pipelines.
- Drive customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Oversee the design and delivery of customized AI solutions leveraging Dify’s platform to meet client‑specific requirements.
- Ensure high PoC success rates by leading the development and execution of compelling, client‑focused demonstrations to support customer acquisition.
- Partner with R&D, Field Marketing, and Partner Operations teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities, marketing initiatives, and new partner channel development.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to design and implement effective renewal and upsell strategies, enhancing customer retention and growth.
- Tailor presales strategies to address the unique needs of diverse global markets, ensuring scalability and cultural relevance.
- Identify and leverage synergies with open‑source communities and DevRel initiatives to amplify lead generation and brand visibility.
- Deliver regular, data‑driven updates to senior leadership on presales performance, pipeline health, and actionable customer feedback to inform strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications
Educational background : Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Work experience : At least 3 years in a Solutions Architect role or related technical leadership position.Technical skills : Strong infrastructure skills, particularly with Kubernetes (K8s), including experience with containerization, cluster management, and CI / CD pipelines (minimum 2 years).Knowledge of database management and optimization, with a solid understanding of basic database architecture and operations.Familiarity with fundamentals of network security and identity management.Basic proficiency in Python programming, capable of writing simple scripts for automation tasks.Language skills : English required; proficiency in at least one Romance language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian) for customer communication in European, American, and Latin American markets.Project experience : Experience in at least one industry‑specific AI project (e.g., AI for risk assessment in finance, recommendation systems in retail, or predictive maintenance in manufacturing), with end‑to‑end implementation from requirement analysis to deployment. Preference for candidates with global‑scale project experience.Communication skills : Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to lead workshops and training sessions.Benefits
