Pay Range : $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman / Painter to join our team in maintaining high-end custom homes throughout the Houston area. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and consistently delivers professional, detail-oriented results.
Responsibilities
- Perform general home repairs, including drywall patching, caulking, hardware replacement, and minor carpentry.
- Complete light to moderate interior and exterior painting projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries.
- Perform annual home care services such as pressure washing, window cleaning, and minor seasonal projects.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and represent the company with professionalism and respect.
