Job Title : Security Installation Technician

Location : New Haven CT college campus

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $90,000 – $95,000 per year

Overview :

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Security Installation Technician for long-term, full-time work in New Haven, CT. This role involves installing and maintaining advanced security systems on campus. The position is open now and we are looking to make immediate hires.

License required - Accepted CT Low Voltage Licenses :

L5, L6, C5, C6

E2 or T2 also acceptable

Responsibilities :

Install and service security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)

Interpret shop drawings and implement project scope

Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and tools

Navigate service software for job tracking and documentation

Collaborate with customers and team members on-site

Participate in on-call rotation

Qualify for applicable security and vendor certifications

Work Hours :

Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in the security integration industry

Valid Connecticut low voltage license (L5, L6, C5, C6, E2, or T2)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

OSHA 10 Certification
