Account Manager

Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking a motivated, hands-on Account Manager to oversee daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and lead high-performing teams across multiple job sites. This isn’t your typical desk job — you’ll spend time in the office, at customer locations, and in the field, making sure everything runs smoothly.

This position requires frequent travel between Ypsilanti and Monroe Michigan.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable to company standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Optimize job site operations and ensure profitability
  • Coach, train, and mentor staff for ongoing development
  • Analyze site budgets and identify new business opportunities
  • Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally
  • Enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Support and implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to handle both office work and occasional hands-on cleaning duties
  • Comfortable managing schedules, training staff, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
