Position Description We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers You will represent our company in a professional and cost effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction Utility Driver Work Schedule 5 day work week Monday Friday or Sunday night Friday morning Youmustbe able to work either shift Utility Driver Compensation 24 per hour UTILITY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES PrePost inspections of delivery trucks DOT requirementLog hours of service such as driving on off etc DOT requirementPractice safe driving by following DOT regulations and company standardsNavigate customer deliveries utilizing a GPS systemPick orders from warehouse and load product into truckDeliver dairy & grocery products to wholesale customersPick up & deliver orders from outside vendorsConduct inter company deliveries between regionsAble to use handheld scanners to track inventory and delivery of productsAble to lift crates of milk weighing up 50lbs including items overheadAble to traverse multiple landscapes uneven ground wet or frozen terrain etcAble to work in various weather conditions rain snow heat cold etcAble to provide exceptional customer service to our clientsPerform a Home Delivery route as needed during peak timesNON DRIVINGDELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES Use a power washer & shop vac to clean interior & exterior of truckMove organize and clean areas of the warehousePick orders in the warehouseReceiving and putting away product orders deliveriesSupport the loading process for HD and wholesale trucks with productsDaily weekly and monthly cycle countsCrate glass bottles and stack themREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Valid drivers license CDL Class A or BProven working experience as a Delivery DriverAble to lift up to 50 lbs frequently bending carrying walking with productAble to work in refrigerated conditions 33 38 degreesAbility to drive safely in a variety of weather and traffic conditionsExcellent communication organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced physical environmentClean driving record with no traffic violationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree GEDBENEFITS
