Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and warm calling.Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs.Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.Track individual metrics and strategically pivot to accelerate sales.Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.Required to have a property and casualty insurance license to be hired.Must have a laptop or computer available.Maintain a quiet and focused work environment free of distractions.Requirement
