We are looking for a disciplined, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive new business by connecting homeowners and property managers with our top-tier renovation, repair, and improvement solutions. This role is perfect for a self-motivated closer who excels in managing a sales pipeline, conducting on-site consultations, and collaborating with our estimating and project management teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What Youll Do :

• Engage with pre-qualified leads and conduct sales consultations to convert inquiries into signed contracts
• Evaluate property needs during virtual or on-site meetings, take precise measurements, and document project scope using an iPad-based system
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs
• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping detailed records and regularly updating your performance metrics
• Maintain consistent communication with clients through timely follow-ups, building strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Work remotely and independently, staying responsive to emails, messages, and scheduled sales meetings
• Leverage our AI-powered estimating tools and digital platforms to build accurate proposals and deliver a professional client experience
