Must meet applicant eligibility requirements and published standards for ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) within 12 months of hire date. Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions; must be able to consistently and dependably report to work as scheduled. Ability to be sensitive to patients’ physical and psychological needs. Ability to maintain accurate records and work accurately with names, numbers, and codes. Ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations. Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information and exercise sound judgment. Must be able to multi-task and remain calm in stressful situations. Must possess ability to understand various operations, policies, and procedures. Ability to work and communicate with staff, patients and their families, and meet their needs in a professional, polite, courteous, compassionate, and cooperative manner. Must display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently. Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate attention to detail. Core knowledge and understanding of normal and abnormal anatomy and physiology; cardiovascular and / or radiologic technologies and terminology associated with the primary specialty for which hired and credentialed. Ability and skill to apply core-level primary specialty theory, practices and techniques to perform, post-process, analyze and annotate study data or procedure documentation with general supervision or assistance. ONE of the following : Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with an emphasis in a primary cardiovascular specialty. Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate : ASAP
Available Shifts : 10 D
Pay Rate : $1799.86 - $1972.18
VIT & EP Tech needed asap
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- ONE of the following : Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with an emphasis in a primary cardiovascular specialty.
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited educational program with an emphasis in radiologic technology.
Completion of a Paramedic training program.
OR -Successful completion of Paramedic training program achieved within 12 months of hire date.
Based on specific assignment, skill in applying principles of cardiovascular and / or radiologic technology, medical imaging, medical terminology, positioning of patients, and medical ethics.
Required Qualifications
Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular
Experience : 1 year
Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed); CERT-ARRT- VI(Copy needed); CV-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)
AND
Electrophysiology Tech, EP Lab
Experience : 1 year
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
Associate’s degree or higher required.
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited educational program with an emphasis in radiologic technology.
Completion of a Paramedic training program.
