Service Advisor Position - Burn's Buick GMC Hyundai
Burn's is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! We're looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, great with people, organized, well-spoken, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Communicate with technicians to determine necessary repairs and services
- Prepare clear, accurate estimates
- Explain repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner
- Obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs
- Schedule service and repair appointments
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
