Key Responsibilities
Manage the NYC office playbook and support employees with day-to-day workspace needs
Organize in-person events and lead office operations, serving as the primary contact for vendors and logistics
Design communication tools and processes to enhance engagement within the office
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities & Community, preferably in a high-growth technology start-up
Strong passion for Employee Experience and Facilities
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams
