Summary of Job Duties :

We are seeking a Director of Outpatient Programs to lead and oversee the operational and clinical functions of adult outpatient programs within the Behavioral Health Service Line. This role encompasses a range of clinics, including the Northwest Arkansas Clinic, Women's Mental Health Clinic, Substance Use Treatment Clinic, Walker Family Clinic, First Episode Psychosis Clinics, AR Connect Now Program, and the Employee Assistance Program. The Director ensures that all outpatient programs operate efficiently, in compliance with applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and budgetary constraints, while maintaining high standards of clinical care and documentation.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, supervise clinical program managers, and evaluate their performance against established metrics. They will ensure that staff meet productivity and documentation standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both patients and staff. This position is integral to the continued success and growth of outpatient services, making it a pivotal leadership role within the Behavioral Health Service Line.
