We are currently seeking a Residential Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Garland, TX office. This role is vital to ensuring an exceptional client experience and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule land surveys, confirm appointments, and manage survey timelines.
- Enter and track orders and client information in real time.
- Maintain an organized system of communications, notes, and deadlines.
- Stay current on service offerings, team availability, pricing, and timelines.
- Escalate complex client issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
- Ensure a consistently excellent experience for all customers, both internal and external.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience.Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken), a plus.High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.Positive, collaborative, and professional attitude.Experience in fast-paced environments and CRM / order-entry systems preferred.Compensation & Benefits
