Position Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
- Help coordinate project activities, resources, and information
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management software
- Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes
- Update and maintain project documentation, including status reports
- Communicate with team members to collect updates on task progress
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Help manage project budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project communications to relevant stakeholders
- Support change management processes as needed
- Assist with quality assurance activities
Position Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant roleProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Experience with project management softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsPreferred Requirements :
Experience in budget tracking and financial reportingBackground in the specific industry of the hiring companyFamiliarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)Experience with data analysis and reportingPersonal Attributes :
