We are looking for a Residential HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team!

Applicants must have an EPA Universal Certification and live within 40 miles of Millbury, MA.

What You’ll Do
Handle field tech support calls from your field teamTrain on best practices, troubleshooting, and installation guidesProvide 1-1 coaching and mentoring in the fieldRun warranty calls on newly installed systemsProvide operations support in the HVAC installation departmentAssist install managers in conducting ride-alongs for technical and customer service evaluationAssist Pre-Install Inspector with converting a “sold job” to a booked installationAssist in onboarding new installersMaintain duties as a field technician and installer when high demand occursRequirements of our next HVAC Field Supervisor
You have an EPA Universal Certification (required), and an Oil Burner or plumbing license is a plus!At least 5 years of verifiable field experience as a lead HVAC technician or installerAn understanding of local code and manufacturing instructionsA positive outlook and 'can do' attitudeExcellent multi-tasking skillsBasic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word, Google sheets & docs, ServiceTitan and OnCall Air CRM)Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of electrical systems and wiring in relation to HVAC installationsStrong leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAble to successfully pass preemployment checksWho We Are
