BJC Medical Group has a Nephrology opportunity to join our large multi-specialty clinic based at BJC Parkland Health Center in Farmington, MO, less than an hour from St. Louis.

Practice Details :

• Join a growing Nephrology group
• Inpatient room for dialysis and infusion center on hospital campus
• Ideally onsite, both IP and OP work.
• May have flexibility with virtual services
• Large referral base from well-connected Primary Care Providers
• Newly refreshed clinic in 2026
• 40 Hour work week
• EPIC EMR
• Easy Access for Physical and Occupational Therapy
• J1 Eligible through the DRA

Parkland Health Center includes a full-service acute-care hospital in Farmington, and a three-bed critical access hospital in Bonne Terre serving residents of St. Francois County and surrounding areas in southeastern Missouri. The Parkland-Farmington campus offers a full continuum of inpatient medical-surgical and intensive care, obstetrics, geriatric psychiatry and emergency services, along with a wide variety of outpatient services including a wound care clinic and the Huckstep Heart and Lung Center.

Role Purpose

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
