Job Description Job Description Welder – MIG & Stick We are a growing CNC Machine manufacturer seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to be part of building high-quality machines used worldwide. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and Stick welding on various metals and machine components Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accuracy Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area Qualifications Proficiency in MIG welding and Stick welding techniques Ability to read and apply welding symbols on technical drawings Experience reading and interpreting blueprints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physically fit and able to perform welding tasks for the duration of the shift Reliable transportation required to and from work Experience Prior welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Knowledge of CNC machine fabrication or heavy equipment assembly is a plus Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
