Role Summary :

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll shape the future of Search / Assistant products for Vietnamese users. You'll own the full marketing experience, from insights and competitive analysis to driving game-changing campaigns in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Role :

• Develop an insight-led Consumer marketing plan for the Vietnamese market, identifying and prioritising key opportunities and challenges for Search, Assistant, and Business Profile products.
• Lead the launch and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all initiatives are optimised for efficiency and impact.
• Support essential research into user behaviour, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Apply marketing analytics, statistical analysis, and experimentation (A / B testing) to clarify performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Use SQL to analyse large datasets and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate closely with product, comms, regional, and in-country teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities by developing creative and non-traditional solutions for difficult, undefined problems.
