Business Analyst IV

What you will be doing :

Conduct detailed business analysis and create process maps, gap analyses, and user stories.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Translate business needs into clear documentation for technical teams.

Support testing activities and ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.

Facilitate meetings and presentations with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Assist in the development of project-related deliverables including requirement traceability matrices and user acceptance criteria.

What you must have :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Minimum 9 years of experience in business analysis, especially supporting software development projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Strong experience in requirement writing (4–6 years).

Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Nice to have :

CBAP Certification or equivalent.

Experience with project management and presentation skills.

Familiarity with proposal writing and team collaboration best practices.

Exposure to standard testing tools and UAT processes.
