Job Summary :
Lockton is currently seeking a Global Analyst in the Lockton Global Solutions Practice who will support the overall book of global clients for the practice. The Analyst is the most visible client-facing role and is responsible for living and delivering front-line service for global clients. They will build long-term, trusted relationships both internally and externally, supporting business growth. The Global Analyst should always adhere to Lockton's cultural values, and treat fellow associates, clients and vendors with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Focus on training and development, including developing coverage knowledge
- Understanding and being able to leverage Lockton product lines and resource
- Data management and analytic
- Day-to-day service execution
- Develops a strong understanding of clients' businesses and uses the knowledge to successfully and professionally anticipate and address their need
- Works closely with Global Client Executives and Global Client Managers to deliver consistent client service
- Assists with initial market entry and compliance analyse
- Client and Lockton Global communication

Requirements : Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Knowledge of foreign language(s) and or experience working / traveling overseas a pluProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to successfully present dataFocused on personal and team development with the ability to complete continuing education requirements as neededAbility to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company informationStrong organizational, multi-tasking and negotiation skillAbility to travel both domestically and abroad, as needed / requestedLegally able to work in the United StateThis position may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus consideration.
