JOB SUMMARY
As a Training Specialist, you will support the development and execution of training processes across designated teams or functions. This includes conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and anchoring competencies to support business goals. You will collaborate with operational leaders to ensure a consistent and high-quality training experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also support and train local trainers to ensure the scalability and sustainability of training initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and implement training strategies based on needs analysis and aligned with team or departmental objectives
- Design, update, and maintain standardized training materials across assigned functions or business units
- Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops; evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training through established KPIs and feedback tools
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) through training documentation, user guidance, and administrative support
- Conduct surveys and consult with leadership to identify skills gaps, performance trends, and future training needs
- Develop tools, reports, and dashboards to track training metrics and ensure data integrity
- Support, coach, and certify local trainers to deliver consistent and effective training across shifts and locations
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee onboarding and upskilling initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum Requirements :
2 years of experience delivering operational or technical training2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industriesStrong content development and facilitation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levelsStrong written communication for SOPs, work instructions, and training documentationOrganizational skills to manage multiple training sessions, schedules, and recordsExperience with data analysis and LMS platformsPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field4–6 years of training delivery experience2–4 years of industry experience in a warehouse, transportation, or logistics environmentBilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
