Job Title : Executive Assistant

Location : Calander Wealth Management – a Private Wealth Practice of Ameriprise Financial, McKinney, TX

Employment Type : Full-Time | Exempt

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner, managing day-to-day priorities, communication, and coordination so our leaders can focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Book and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Monitor and organize inboxes, flagging urgent items and drafting responses when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and internal documentation
  • Support occasional personal tasks and errands for executives
  • Collaborate across departments to assist with cross-functional initiatives and special projects
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both internal team members and external stakeholders

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy : proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools like Asana or Notion
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and proactive in anticipating needs
  • Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs or C-suite executives
  • Background in finance, professional services, or high-growth companies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate : $55,000-$60,000 per year with bonus opportunities based on KPIs, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits Package Includes :
  • Benefits : 401(k), medical (employer contributes $250 towards medical premium), PTO (after 3-month intro period), paid holidays.

    Schedule : Mon–Thurs in-office, Fridays remote (in-office during onboarding period).
