Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-time Final QC Inspector to join our quality assurance team in Longmont CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control inspection with a focus on electronic assemblies and cable harnesses. This position requires proficiency in IPC-A-610 and IPC / WHMA-A-620 standards as well as a strong background in quality inspection techniques.

Shift : Monday - Thursday 7 am- 4 : 30 pm Fridays 7 am -12 pm

OT Schedule : Monday- Thursday 6 am- 5 : 30 pm Friday 6 am- 2 pm

Pay : $21-25 / hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final quality control inspections on electronic assemblies printed circuit boards (PCBs) and cable harnesses to ensure compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications
• Utilize visual inspection techniques and measurement tools to identify defects non-conformities and quality issues
• Conduct thorough examinations of products at various stages of the manufacturing process
• Verify that all components and materials meet required specifications and quality standards
• Document inspection results maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
