JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Develops and manages (in the case of managing a project) or assists in developing and managing (in the case of working with a team member on a project / program) the plan surrounding project / program engagements.  Managing may include but is not limited to interdependencies, dependencies, communications, scope, changes, risks, and issues.

2.    Sets realistic and practical goals for projects and develops appropriate strategies for achieving those goals.

3.    Documents communications, risks, and issues thoroughly and professionally.

4.    Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.

5.    Provides project / program status reporting to applicable audiences and tailors reporting to fit the audience.

6.    Utilizes best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.

7.    Assists in developing workflow, processes, and procedures for the department.

  • Pay Range for this role is - $85,000 - $110,000

EDUCATION :

1.    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE :

1.    2+ years of project management experience or a field of focus during education.
