Join MedPrep RIs Launch Team! Medical Preparatory Academy of Rhode Island (MedPrep RI) is a tuition-free public charter launching in Pawtucket RI in 2027-2028. Preparing grades 6-12 students from Providence Pawtucket and Central Falls for top universities and medical careers tackling disparities via our H.E.A.L.S. model (High expectations Equity Actual exposure Leadership matters & Student empowerment). Endorsed by the Rhode Island Medical Society Foundation. Our Ask : With a strong dedicated core (medical expertise covered) were seeking 4-6 volunteer board members (4-6 hrs / mo monthly meetings) with preferred 5 years in RI education / charters :

• Finance : Budgeting / grants for $2.77M startup.

Marketing : Enrollment / outreach to diverse families.

Curriculum : STEM / medical design aligned to RIDE.

Operations : Facilities / compliance for Power Rd. campus.

Other : Legal community / family voice.
