5) Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft / weapon / project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program / project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Qualifications :

FTE Key 1 : (1) At least 10 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and / or financial management; (2) Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools, including but not limited to Power Point and Excel, with demonstrable use of pivot tables and pivot charts; (3) Proven ability to gather pertinent programmatic information and develop strategic communication and storytelling for executive level stakeholders.

FTE Key 2 : At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD Developmental and Operational Test Pilot and, or Test Planning experience desired. (2) Additional experience in Program Management within a PMA structure. (3) Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of tools, including but not limited to Power Point and Excel. (4) Proficiency in iTEST and iREPORT and ability to coordinate Flight Test requirements within the program office’s Integrated Product Teams.

FTE Key 3 : (1) At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management of aircraft retrofits and modifications; (2) Advanced level proficiency / understanding of DoD contracts, Integrated Master Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and business case analysis / development ; (3) Proven demonstrated experience with managing, reviewing, tracking Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs), and other Program documentation associated with modification and retrofit of Fleet aircraft

FTE Key 4 : (1) At least 5 years demonstrated experience in DoD program management, technical and / or business analysis. (2) Advanced level of proficiency / understanding of major weapon systems and component development. (3) Proven experience with Program Management Tool (PMT), Acquisition Document support (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), budget exhibits and schedules.

FTE Key 5 : At least 3 years of (1) direct experience in supply chain planning within the aerospace / defense industry, (2) experience monitoring requirements against supply base capabilities and forecasting material demands, and (3) familiarity with government contracting requirements and compliance

  • Position is contingent upon award.
  • Work Location : Arlington, VA, Patuxent River, MD, Norfolk, VA, Washington, D.C. and    the Pentagon
