Electrospinning Technologist

About the Role

We are looking for an Electrospinning Technologist to lead the development of next-generation electrospun membranes to join our Complementary Material Platform team. This team plays a strategic role in advancing the discovery and development of next-generation materials, with particular emphasis on porous material membranes and surface modification technologies. In this role, youwill focus on advancing Gore's capabilities in electrospinning through deep understanding of the process-structure-property relationships that govern membrane performance. The role is ideally suited for a technically deep, commercially-minded innovator who thrives at the intersection of material science, process development, and application-driven performance.

This position will be located Elkton, Maryland, USA, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, depending on the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Pay and Benefits :

• $150,000 - $181,000 per year
• Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.
• Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
