Regional Technical Sales Manager
to drive growth across the
U.S. market . You’ll work closely with global engineering, operations, and applications teams shaping sales strategy and positioning the company as a trusted partner to leading semiconductor manufacturers and integrators.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Drive new business development while managing existing customer relationships.
Identify and assess new market opportunities and recommend action plans.
Represent the company in technical discussions, presentations, and client meetings.
Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to develop customer‑focused solutions.
Build and maintain partnerships with key clients and distributors.
Monitor competitive activity and provide insights to strengthen market positioning.
Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
Uphold the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of experience in a sales or engineering role within :
Automated Test Equipment (ATE) design / manufacturing, or
Semiconductor manufacturing (preferably final test)
Deep understanding of equipment manufacturing and automation systems
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Results‑driven and self‑motivated with a collaborative mindset
