Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company! Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made / taken.

Responsibilities :
- Field incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Meet daily call center goals which include but not limited to :
Making 75 outbound calls
Booking appointmentsDoing some cross sellsEducate customers on additional services, products, and service plans, which include upselling to customersAlways maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers to build trust.Engage the customer to incite loyaltyProvide World Class Customer Service Every dayCollaborate in a team environment and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced workplace.Requirements

18- $21 hourly + commission
