Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary
The Regional Manager (RM) will support the Area Executive Director (AED) to manage the sales and strategic activities of Account Managers (AM) within their Region to ensure expanded market penetration, revenue growth, and attaining quarterly and annual sales targets. The RM will partner with AMs to apply business building principles, education, office promotions, and practice analysis to enhance the relationship and support with existing Alastin accounts while identifying targets and potential accounts.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage the sales and strategic activities of designated Account Managers / Territories who report to the RM.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with designated Account Managers and support their growth through coaching and development of leadership skills.
- Improve partnerships by supporting designated AMs to strengthen relationships with physicians / support staff through specialty account management.
- Work with AMs and AEDs to identify Key Target Accounts for each designated territory. These accounts will be chosen by assessing sales opportunity, dedication to the retail component of their practice, and desire to partner with Alastin. Align business decisions with strategic goals by demonstrating knowledge of market, competition, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Regional Directors, Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Training and Education team when appropriate.
- Increase investment of resources in Key Accounts by assisting AMs by conducting business review meetings, customized office trainings, promotional and event planning, advanced accounts sales analysis, and other account specific business building activities.
- Increase customer contact and relationship building opportunities in concert with the local AMs through dedicated pre-planning meetings and scheduled post meeting follow-up sessions.
- Secure attendance of KOLs at Physician Round Tables and meetings at Medical Conferences with Alastin Corporate Executives.
- Provide support to Corporate as needed related to partnering relationships with collaborative companies.
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Establish travel itinerary (quarterly) with AED based on area and territory priorities / potential and travel and expense budget. Allocate time and resources to co-travel with designated AMs to conduct business building sessions with customers.
