The Opportunity

To achieve our next level of impact, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for our Cross Product Services team. This role will shape the critical services that power our multi‑product experiences, including our account, product, and user provisioning as well as team management. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role that leverages technical platform depth to impact customer experiences across Superhuman products. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering and Go‑to‑Market teams to build flexible and systems that power our product portfolio.

In This Role, You Will

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Superhuman’s foundational cross‑product services that power accounts & user provisioning.
• Own the vision, design, and evolution of shared systems that manage free and paid accounts, team structures, and user & product provisioning, ensuring reliability, scalability, and extensibility as Superhuman’s portfolio grows.
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and business partners to scale these systems, enable new business models, and support seamless integration of future products and acquisitions.
• Transform ambiguity into alignment : identify core shared services needs, shape technical direction with engineering, and drive cross‑company adoption of scalable, future‑proof services.

Base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States

Zone 1 : $206,000 – $284,000 / year (USD)
