Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

AP / AR Specialist will be primarily responsible for independently processing invoicing, billing, payroll and benefit contributions.

• Experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Experience reconciling bank statements & QB
• Experience with or willingness to learn coupa / counselLink and other invoice submittal systems
• Quickbook Experience & understanding how quickbooks works
• Experience processing payroll
• Understands taxes and legal requirements in payroll
• Onboard new hires, suppliers, or clients into the correct system
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work on detailed tasks
• Accounting / Finance Degree Associate or BS / BA
