Header / Flash Operator 3rd shift

Job Title : Header Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Must be able to operate hoist / crane. (Capacity -2.5
• Daily Crane Inspection.
• Daily Header Machine Inspection.
• Load Two ton coil.
• Point wire end, feed wire through to wire draw machine to header machine.
• Inspect Wire. (Before feed / After feed).
• Do Tooling adjustments, run machine to make samples.
• Quality check of Ball. (Use point micrometer, microscope, etching procedure).
• Fill out Daily report.
• Use barcode system to issue wire on machine & do completions.
• Use Hand jack / Forklift to transport material.
• Perform Tooling change- Quill, Cutter, Heading die, Finger change
• Type change for different size.
• Machine Trouble Shooting.
• Machine Maintenance.
• Turn on Coolant, Air, and Mist collector.
• 5S / 3D.
• Need to run three header machines per person.
