We have an opportunity for a civil engineer who is interested in taking their career to the next level. The Project Manager position offers opportunities to utilize your design experience and team leadership for successfully delivering projects through the initiation, planning, design execution, permit processing, construction observation, and close-out phases. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic team player who wants to challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment. We thrive on collaboration with cross-functional teams and a client-focused environment. With our emphasis on sustainability, resiliency, and community, this role will impact and contribute to the growth of our Community Development Group in Pasadena, California, and the regional area. You will play an important role in preparing design documents, providing technical guidance, fostering, and promoting client relationships, and business development.
Our team supports a wide range of clients in the private sector and designs a wide variety of project types including subdivisions, site development, industrial sites, healthcare campus, corporate campuses, and commercial developments for both local and nationwide clients. Education and Experience
Minimum 8 years of related experience in Civil Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related degree
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)

Pay Range
Locations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $114,400.00 - Max Salary $171,600.00
Locations in WA, DC & Various CA areas - Min Salary $122,700.00 - Max Salary $184,100.00
Pay Transparency
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
